They produce massive, juicy, globe-shaped onions with light yellow skin and white flesh. Perfect for fresh eating in salads, salsas, and sandwiches, these onions are best enjoyed shortly after harvest. Open-pollinated, non-GMO, and have been cultivated for over 125 years, originally brought to Washington State from the Island of Corsica in the late 1800s.
