How to Grow:

Sowing Time:

• Spring: Early May through mid-June
• Fall: Mid-September through late October (allows for natural winter stratification)
• Early Spring: Late March through early April (natural stratification for dormant seeds)

Site Preparation:

1. Remove weeds by hand or use an organic non-selective herbicide.
2. Loosen soil to a depth of 1" (2.5 cm) with a stiff rake, cultivator, or hoe.
3. Ensure the seedbed is well-drained and loose, rather than dense or compacted.

Sowing Instructions:

• Broadcast the seed evenly over the prepared seedbed.
• Mix smaller seeds with dry sand for better distribution.
• Let natural forces (rain, snow, frost-heaving) work the seeds into the soil.
• Irrigate as needed through the first growing season.
