Planting Instructions:

1. Choose a sunny location with well-drained soil.
2. Sow seeds indoors in early spring or directly outdoors after the last frost.
3. Plant seeds 1/4 inch deep in soil, spacing them 6-12 inches apart.
4. Keep soil consistently moist until seeds germinate, usually within 14-21 days.
5. Once seedlings have developed several sets of true leaves, thin them to the strongest plants.
6. Transplant seedlings outdoors once they are 6-8 inches tall, ensuring they have enough space to grow.
7. Water plants regularly, allowing the soil to dry out slightly between waterings.
8. Prune rosemary regularly to maintain its shape and encourage bushier growth.

Harvesting:

• Begin harvesting rosemary leaves once the plant is well-established, typically after 3-4 months.
• Snip sprigs from the plant as needed, avoiding excessive pruning.
• For best flavor, harvest rosemary in the morning when the oils are most concentrated.

• Rosemary is a versatile herb used to flavor a variety of dishes, including meats, vegetables, bread, and soups.
• It pairs well with roasted lamb, chicken, potatoes, and tomatoes.
