• Days to Maturity: 50-55 days
• Planting Depth: 1.25 cm (½ inch)
• Row Spacing: 30-45 cm (12-18 inches)
• Seed Spacing: 2.5 cm (1 inch)
• Sun Requirements: Full sun to partial shade
• Soil Requirements: Loose, well-drained soil rich in organic matter
• Watering: Keep soil evenly moist for best root development

How to Grow:

Sow seeds directly in the garden as soon as the soil can be worked in early spring. For continuous harvest, plant every two weeks until midsummer. Thin seedlings to 7.5 cm (3 inches) apart for proper root development. Beets tolerate light frost and can be left in the ground until late fall for extended harvesting.
